Who Am I?
I retired from the tech industry after a 25-year career spanning individual contributor, front-line manager, through Director and CEO of my own company. I hired hundreds of technical staff and managers, and developed leaders from within the organization. Along the way I also fired dozens of employees.
During that time, I focused a significant portion of my energy learning the discipline of management and coaching and developing new leaders. I like to think I was clear in telling my teams what they could expect from me, and asked them to hold me accountable.
